As part of their search for Javier Florez, the shadowrunners visit Doctor Hotshot and learn that Javier bought BTLs from Phineas[1]. Later, Nightsass and Crusher question Phineas[2], who tell them that because Javier could not afford the BTLs he wanted to buy, Phineas gave Javier brain-scrambling BTLs instead[3].
